CALENDARIO WATERMAN LEAGUE 2016

·  Sunset wrap:

1. Congratulations to all our athletes at the Opening events of the Stand Up World Tour for both Men & Women here in Hawaii. We saw spectacular conditions for both events and worthy Champions, with Caio Vaz & Izzi Gomez taking the victories in the quest to defend their respective World Titles
2. A half hour TV special will be aired globally this year from this iconic event, along with all events on the 2016 Stand Up World Series and World Tour on prime global networks

·  Heavy Water event, San Francisco:

1. Adjusted Holding Period: 20th March - 17th April
2. Green light to be given 7 - 10 days out for the running of the event (10ft faces required at Ocean Beach for the event to run)
3. 1 day event:
1. 10 - 12km Specialty Distance Race
2. Start at Ocean Beach with an M Course to begin with taking the athletes in and out through the surf heading North towards San Francisco
4. 28 out of the 40 athletes already confirmed: entries are open (subject to screening), so please respond to this email if you want to take part, and we will confirm final athletes by end of next week (March 4th)
5. Official Release from Title Sponsor & WL, trailer and landing page to be released on Tuesday 1st March

·  Victoria Cup, Japan:

2. Dates: 13th - 15th May
3. Location: Zushi Beach, Hayama, Japan
